Disclaimer
Last updated: 14 October 2026 · Applies to every page of this website
In plain language
- Website content is general information, not tailored professional advice.
- We offer only the services listed on this website, and only what a written proposal includes.
- Google, Meta and AI platforms change their algorithms daily or even hourly, so no result is guaranteed.
- Visuals and animations are illustrations, and prices are “starting from” guides, not offers.
- LA DIGITS is an independent agency, not affiliated with Google, Meta or other platforms.
1. Scope of this disclaimer
This Disclaimer applies to every page, article, FAQ, tool, image, video, price and other content on ladigits.com (the “Website”) published by LA DIGITS, and to information shared in free consultations, audits and messages. By using the Website you accept this Disclaimer, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. General information only
Content on the Website is provided for general information and educational purposes about digital marketing and our services. It is not tailored professional advice for your business, and it is not legal, financial, tax, medical or regulatory advice. Before acting on any information, consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, take advice from a qualified professional or contact us for a proposal.
3. Services offered
LA DIGITS offers only the services described on this Website. Mentions of other tools, platforms, techniques or ideas in articles, FAQs or examples are for information only and are not an offer to provide those services. The scope of any engagement is defined only by a written proposal accepted by both parties — suggestions, ideas and recommendations shared on the Website or in conversations are not commitments.
4. No guarantee of results
Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, budgets, market conditions, customer behaviour, your products and pricing, and — above all — the platforms themselves.
Search engines, maps, social media, advertising systems and AI assistants change their algorithms, ranking factors, policies and features constantly — sometimes daily or even hourly — usually without notice. As a result, rankings, reach, traffic, leads and sales can change at any time, even after work is completed.
Nothing on the Website is a promise or guarantee of any ranking, position, traffic, lead, sale, cost, return or other result. Statements about benefits, typical timelines or what is “often” achievable describe general experience, not guaranteed outcomes.
5. Examples, illustrations and statistics
Animations, mock-ups, sample dashboards, geo-grid maps, phone screens, sample rankings and similar visuals on the Website are illustrations created to explain how services work. They are not screenshots of real client results unless clearly stated. Figures about our business — such as the number of clients or profiles managed and the countries we serve — describe our business at the time of writing and may change.
6. Prices
Prices shown on the Website are common standard “starting from” prices for general guidance. They are not an offer or a binding quotation. Your final price depends on your requirements and is confirmed only in a written proposal. Prices may change without notice. Applicable taxes are extra where required by law.
7. Third-party platforms and trademarks
LA DIGITS is an independent agency. We are not owned by, endorsed by or officially affiliated with Google, Meta, Microsoft, OpenAI or any other platform, unless we clearly state a specific partnership.
Google, Google Ads, Google Maps, Google Business Profile, YouTube and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Meta, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Other product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners and are used on the Website only to identify the platforms we work with.
We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for their decisions, policies, outages, account restrictions, ad disapprovals, suspensions or changes.
8. Accuracy and changes
We take care to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that all information is complete, current or error-free. Platform features, policies and best practices change quickly, so some information may become outdated. We may change, update or remove any content at any time without notice.
9. External links
The Website contains links to third-party websites and services for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site or its owner.
10. Industry-specific content
Examples relating to healthcare, education, real estate, finance, hospitality and other regulated industries are general marketing information. Every business is responsible for making sure its advertising and claims comply with the laws, regulations, professional codes and platform policies that apply to it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LA DIGITS and its team are not liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental or consequential, including loss of profit, revenue, data, rankings or business — arising from the use of, or reliance on, the Website or any information on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
12. Website availability
We aim to keep the Website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, or that it is free of viruses or other harmful components. Please use up-to-date security software when browsing any website.
13. Governing law
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kottayam, Kerala, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
